Baskin Robbins in North York

“The workers at Baskin-Robbins were so friendly and kind, and the portions were generous. We ordered the 2-scoop ice cream, and it was definitely worth the money. The ice cream was delicious, and the great service made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back!“

“I went in to inquire about their birthday cakes and the workers there were so friendly. I believe it was the manager of this location I spoke with. He was very attentive to my specific requests and ensured it would look good. They let me have a few samples to decide on the flavour and were accommodating for my nut allergy.

The cake when I picked up, was beautiful and exactly as I imagined for taste profile. So delicious. Highly recommend their cookie crumble fudge as a base for any of your custom cake order needs.

Would highly recommend.“

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this Baskin-Robbins, and especially with Nisha.

I was in a really difficult situation where I needed a custom birthday cake on extremely short notice. I had been calling around to different places and was repeatedly told that they needed at least 48 hours' notice, which I completely understood given the amount of work that goes into preparing and decorating a custom cake. At that point, I was starting to think I simply wasn't going to be able to get the cake in time for the birthday.

Then I called this Baskin-Robbins.

Nisha called me back, listened to my situation, and told me that she would do what she could to help me out. From that point forward, she was absolutely incredible. She gave me a way to communicate with her directly and worked with me extensively to figure everything out, despite how last-minute my request was.

What impressed me the most was the amount of effort she personally put into making this happen. I know that custom cakes aren't something you can simply throw together at the last minute. There is preparation, decorating, coordination, and a lot of work involved. Despite that, Nisha went completely above and beyond, even putting in extra effort after hours to make sure the cake could be ready for me to pick up the following morning.

That level of customer service is incredibly rare.

What could have easily been a stressful and disappointing situation became something I didn't have to worry about anymore because Nisha genuinely cared enough to help. She didn't have to accommodate such a last-minute request, and I would have completely understood if she couldn't. Instead, she found a way to make it happen.

Sometimes it's the things that might seem small to someone else that make a huge difference to you in the moment. Having that cake ready meant a lot to me because it was for a birthday celebration, and Nisha's kindness, patience, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made sure everything came together.

Nisha, if you happen to read this, thank you. Your effort genuinely meant more than you probably realize.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this Baskin-Robbins to anyone looking for a cake, but especially recommend asking for Nisha. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. She is an absolute superstar and a perfect example of what it means to genuinely care about your customers.

Thank you again, Nisha. You absolutely saved the day!“

“The lady who served us around 8:10 PM at this location was incredibly nice. Even though it was a busy Friday night, she still took the time to let me try different flavours. I'm a big coconut fan, and I loved both the coconut and pineapple flavours. She even gave us Kernels coupons. Excellent service and a great experience overall because of her. She made my day hope I make her day“
