It's so good to the cakes, ti the cookie sandwiches it's so goooood my fav to icecream combo it the chocolate with the world class chocolate I have that almost every time, my favorite thing to have is the chocolate milkshakes it's soooo delicious. TBH it's wayyy better then dairy cream for some reason the flavor is so much better. I LOVE IT??EVERYTHING HERE IS 5 STARSBUT IF I COULD I WOULD PUT 100 ?“
“I've been coming to this location for a number of years. The owners & staff are wonderful caring and friendly people. Their ice cream cakes are OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS!!!! Soooooo YUM!I recently visited this location again over the last 2 days and picked up 2 delicious cakes as gifts over a 2 day period.The only thing I would recommend to the front staff is to greet people with a "Hello, how are you?" prior to asking "Do you have a mask?" or prior to stating "You need a mask." For a medically exempt person like me who cannot wear a mask, the greeting & tone in which one communicates is very important - especially to a customer of over 15 years! As humans we often forget that the person walking in could have a medical condition and our POLITE tone of asking for a mask should always come AFTER a friendly greeting. A confrontation of stating "You need a mask!" is not good practice. If I walked in with a shirt & tie both days then I can assure if I could wear a mask, I certainly would not have forgot my mask! Just as I didn't forget to tie my tie! So let's start with a "Hi, How are you Sir?" followed by "If you don't mind, our place of business requires that you wear a mask unless you have a medical exemption." I can assure you I've read the sign on the door prior to entering without a mask & be delighted to state my medical.exemption after a wonderful kind greeting. After all, I am walking in to your store willing to give you my business ie your paycheque.Keep up the great work & just try to be a little bit better everyday as the owners have worked hard to build this business. Please greet their customers (who pay your paycheque) with warm greetings prior to asking for our masks. We are human too and don't need to be singled out with rude tones in your voices.
