“Best ceviche in the world - without any doubt! Tried and tested for over twenty years, Pepe’s and Mina’s ceviche at Paracas beats all the rest. The menu is extensive for seafood and meat lovers alike. Have to try the desserts too- can’t go wrong with the flan, picarones, alfajores cookies or the coconut cake. Live Cuban music on Fridays and Saturdays creates lovely atmosphere.“
