Had a work event on Friday for 50 people and the service we received from Jaenaline and her team was par excellence. We received generous portions of chicken, fries, rice, mashed, rolls, sauce etc. which was fresh and delicious.
Today, my company had our staff and volunteer holiday luncheon catered by this Swiss Chalet location. 50 adults left happy and fully satisfied! Not a single complaint.We picked up our food, ready on time and they were fresh and still steaming hot. It might have been because it was late evening after 9pm. The fries were the hotest part of my order. The soup and sauce were refrigerator cold, and I needed to as that the spup be heated. Which they did to just barely warm. Instead of saying that they were out of dark meat and telling me they would need 10 mins, my chicken arrived juat after I sat down, and it too was cold.
