Just wanted to give a shoutout to this restaurant and more specifically the manager we encountered, Jonathon. We live a few hours away and stopped in to eat here during our time in Toronto, Jonathon made our big family feel welcomed even with our chaos! I was told that they were low on dark meat and offered white without the additional charge. When I got home, it was dark meat that I received. I have always paid the additional cost for white meat as i am not interested in dark meat. My bill showed white as the replacement. DisappointedI received an email from the manager, sending her apologies and how important it is for customer experience. She has given me a credit so that I can buy another meal.
