“We were a party of 4, one member of our group had serious mobility struggles . All staff around us went beyond reasonable expectations, demonstrating so much patience and making efforts to accommodate some irregular requests. The staff was so considerate and helpful, I can begin to explain how helpful it was in a stressful situation. Their kindness did not go unnoticed … service was top notch - food was alright - mashed potatoes were terrible but otherwise, would recommend ! Thank you.“

“Went in with a friend and my daughter after a particularly trying day. Was seated right away in the section I asked for (I know this location well) and food and service was super quick as usual. Rare these days to get a sit down meal under an hour! Our server Linda who I always ask for was polite, cheerful and energetic! Keep doing what you're doing Swiss!“

“I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time and a delicious meal. We will return next year.“

We had an excellent experience at Kelsey’s in the Oshawa Centre, thanks to our server, Candace. Splitting meals isn’t something restaurants generally always do if you ask, but Candace went above and beyond to accommodate us, which we really appreciated!

Candace also made sure I could use my coupon from the Gens’ game without any hassle—it was such a smooth process. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made our visit enjoyable.

“Had a great lunch with family. The server was pleasant and down to earth, which made the atmosphere welcoming.
Food sèlection is a typical pub menu but with some interesting additions. We had the wings and tried the curry, which was prepared beautifully as the kitchen was open to our request that it be spiced to our tastes (Hot!!..lt was delicious). Will need to go back in the evening soon to check out the vibe.“

“Sometimes I feel like I don't give enough credit to restaurants that have been around for a while because I typically assume that their menu remains the same. Well imagine my surprise when I met a friend for lunch Milestones and discovered their fall lunch menu, which was full of amazing flavors!

We ordered Buttermilk fried chicken, crispy pumpkin spiced ravioli, caramelized onion & roasted garlic bisque, roasted mushroom soup and chicken sandwich with California salad. I honestly couldn't decide which one I liked the most!

Buttermilk fried chicken was surprisingly delicious? I fully expected typical fried chicken that usually tastes like breading but one bite into this, and a kick of black pepper and the most delicious seasoned batter covering succulent chicken which was moist and not overcooked at all. Definitely in my top 3 of fried chicken I've had!

The ravioli was the most delicious gourmet ravioli I've had, with these delicious peppers.

Mushroom soup wasn't excessively creamy, which I really appreciated. It was a perfect balance of cream and mushroom and very flavorful.

Last but not the least, was my chicken sandwich and California salad..omg the flavors were spectacular... Chicken was flavorful and cooked perfectly and salad had these delicious candied pecans that complemented the rest of the components so well!

All in all, it was the most delicious lunch I've had in a while and I'm already craving it as I sit here describing it to you.

FYI, they have a separate kitchen area and equipment dedicated to cooking halal meals only, which was huge for me.

“The Oak is a great neighborhood pub. Yesterday after work, a friend and I stopped by for lunch. Noah was our server. The professionalism from this young man was outstanding. He was completely on point, and I can't remember ever seeing someone do a better job. He represents the pub amazingly good. “This is the best dining experience I've had in a really long time. I had mixed up the closing time and arrived 10mins to closing really hungry. Which already felt like I had to order and rush my food from the greeter's demure. But then Trish the dish Aka Trisha was our server and she made our dining experience memorable. She was patient, absolutely funny, and great company. Almost felt like we were having an exclusive vip dining experience. Food was also awesome. Now that's true customer service. I wish I could give Trish 10 stars. Next time I go there I'm going to ask if Trish is working and ask to be seated in her service area. That's just how amazing she is. She turned my already bad evening into a delightful one.“
