“I came to this location today after having a very bad experience earlier at the Oshawa (Taunton rd & Harmony) location and what a difference. The moment we walked in we were greeted and seated and everything was great! Our server was Rebecca was awesome! She was friendly and served us well checked in a few times to make sure everything was good. The food was so good hot tasty and came out fast. We ate our entrees and had dessert in less than an hour. Awesome experience from the moment we entered to when we left. *note I shared our earlier experience with Rebecca just before we left. So the staff here is clearly genuine and professional. Highly recommend this location.“

She apologized for the portion size and advised they always try to have a perfect ratio and was very apologetic.She offered me a credit for me to use when I was ready - one month later Jeanine is true to her word and I had a hot, steaming, and much bigger dark quarter chicken waiting for me this Friday night, served by her with a warm smile and genuine gratitude and apology. Thank you for having such amazing customer service.Can't believe my quarter leg is smaller than the bun and the workers proceeded to leave it that way. So disappointed“
“This restaurant is one of my wee one's favorites. Great food and fun desserts from the kids menu- Than was friendly and helpful and ensured a couple of substitutions were made. Who wouldn't want fried crispy Jalepenos on their pulled pork?We like this restaurant a lot, and will definitely be back, as per the wee master's orders.“
