Visited IHOP Brampton for the first time this weekend. It was a busy Sunday, but the staff could not have been more diligent in trying to make sure everything was right. Kudos to our server Deandra. The food? A big thumbs-up from everyone in our party!
3 strikes, YERRR OUT!
first two I put to growing pains, today's was the last time.
while the young man who eventually served us was polite, despite repeating the order back twice, when the food eventually arrived it was wrong. the attempt to rectify ended with burnt food.
we were ignored for coffee refill.
and I have IBS and BOTH bathroom stalls were "closed for cleaning".
never again.
