We were at Turtle Jack's today on Erin Mills Pkwy for brunch. I had Avocado Toast which was excellent and my friend had the power bowl which she said was wonderful. The service was so good and our server was Huron. We also had the pleasure of meeting Drew, the manager, who told us about upcoming specials in April. Both men made sure our dining experience was top notch. I have been to many Turtle Jack's restaurants but this one seemed special. I look forward to returning.
This was a location I had visited in the past and my most recent experience wasnt the greatest. On this particular day we went for lunch, wasnt busy found the service to be extremely slow, it took long to make our soup/ salad combo + soup / burger. We had asked for the burger to be well done & it wasnt. When it came to the cheque verification of the payment had to be confirmed with shift manager on duty as I was informed by server that they don’t expect many coins/ change...read full review
