I haven't been to Boston Pizza in years at least 6. But we were close by and heard they changed their menu so thought we'd give it a try. We were so happy. We did wait for a bit for a table to be cleaned, but after that everything was great. Our waitress Lily was very friendly it was refreshing to have a server who smiles and laughs she's an asset to your establishment. Sitting in and dining is a nice experience but I ordered delivery once and the food was so badly prepared I call and was promised a compensation coupon. I called and called spoke with this person and that person. It's been over a year now. It's a shame because I really enjoyed coming here.
