He made the visit feel welcoming, professional, and genuinely pleasant. These days, good customer service is becoming rare, but Neil reminded me of the kind of warm, respectful service Canada used to be known for.

“This has always been my go-to Chatime location because they make my drink perfectly every time. Their customer service the other day just solidified this being my favourite location. I was shaking my drink to stir it up and it slipped out of my hand and spilled all over the floor. I told the girl working there what happened and she was kind enough to replace it for free. I was already disappointed I lost my drink and worried I'd have to pay for another one. She was very sweet and I really appreciated it.
