In particular there is one employee who stands out, his name is Tom. I was quite impressed because he already memorized what I order after my first visit.“

“I went here for the first time today and ordered the white peach oolong fresh milk tea with tapioca. My mom ordered the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca and we were very happy with our drinks. The lady working there was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome!“

“I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally came and tried the Skaura, Lychee slush and it was good! Not to sweet but lots of flavour! Reason for four stars was due to how long it took for my drink and the awkward customer service.
Edit:I have been to other places like this and not once have I ever waited for a drink that long with two other customers in store! Took about 15 mins! I watched them make the drink it wasn’t the drink that took a long time it was the fact that he took my order and made the lady’s drink in front of me and these kids came in and asked a whole bunch of questions so he stopped making are drinks to answer all there questions and he was to busy keeping his attention on them that it slowed him down after these girls ordered another employee came out to help and I still had to wait 5 more mins for my drink. So if you have somewhere to be I wouldn’t recommend stopping by!“

Not only is the price cheaper than majority of other bubble tea places I've been to, but our order was perfect and wait time was short. The workers were incredibly friendly, despite us arriving fairly late (15 minutes before closing) and were very helpful. Will definitely be back soon.“

“This has always been my go-to Chatime location because they make my drink perfectly every time. Their customer service the other day just solidified this being my favourite location. I was shaking my drink to stir it up and it slipped out of my hand and spilled all over the floor. I told the girl working there what happened and she was kind enough to replace it for free. I was already disappointed I lost my drink and worried I'd have to pay for another one. She was very sweet and I really appreciated it. “Amazing experience at Real Fruit Bubble Tea Monday. The customer service was excellent, and the large orange juice was freshly made with real oranges. Super fresh and refreshing, not watered down. The staff were so surprisingly quick and friendly. Will definitely be coming back“

“I ordered a taro bubble tea and a coffee milk bubble tea, the taro drink was delicious and sweet! That is a favorite of mine now, still fairly new to trying bubble teas. The coffee milk tea was good except for 1 thing that I couldn't deal with. It had a fishy/umami taste to it and i just couldn't continue drinking it. I could tell the coffee taste was great but something lingered from maybe a previous order and some form on cross contamination took place. Unless there's an ingredient in it that I'm aware of.I still enjoyed the taro and the young lady who made the drinks was great.“
