“This has always been my go-to Chatime location because they make my drink perfectly every time. Their customer service the other day just solidified this being my favourite location. I was shaking my drink to stir it up and it slipped out of my hand and spilled all over the floor. I told the girl working there what happened and she was kind enough to replace it for free. I was already disappointed I lost my drink and worried I'd have to pay for another one. She was very sweet and I really appreciated it. The staff at this location make the best drinks and they also have the best customer service ?“

“Delicious! We loved this as an alternative to milk bubble tea. The coconut mango combination was really tasty, we recommend the mango coconut tapioca drink. The fresh mango is so flavourful. There is no option to change the sugar levels, but it isn't overly sweet. Cant wait to be back.“

“this is my absolute most favorite place to go when iam downtown Hamilton! I have been going here for many years now! the lady who runs this place is always soo friendly! she always has a smile on her face when you walk threw the door! she loves to get to know her customers! I recommend A&J superbowl to everyone I met. this is the BEST spot to get bubble tea and many more sweets! 💯🤞🏻“

“Besides the welcoming lounge and café style interior, the staff here were great. Bella, the cashier that took my order, was very patient and attentive to my order as well as the people who ordered after me. If she hasnt yet, she needs to be promoted 😊“

“Amazing experience at Real Fruit Bubble Tea Monday. The customer service was excellent, and the large orange juice was freshly made with real oranges. Super fresh and refreshing, not watered down. The staff were so surprisingly quick and friendly. Will definitely be coming back“
