I had an excellent experience at Gong Cha Ancaster. Neil served us, and honestly, he is one of the most polite and respectful people I have come across in customer service in a long time.
He made the visit feel welcoming, professional, and genuinely pleasant. These days, good customer service is becoming rare, but Neil reminded me of the kind of warm, respectful service Canada used to be known for.

Neil and Sabina are awesome! They were super nice and even helped us try the pearls to see what we liked!

Gong Cha bubble tea is a fantastic spot for milk tea lovers. They offer a wide variety of flavors and toppings, making it easy to find something that suits your taste. The quality of their tea is excellent, and the customizable options allow for a personalized experience. A customer ordered a drink and a bubble waffle and both tasted really great. Not only are the drinks amazing, the staff is kind and professional. Customers love going for a coconut milk tea and love that they have rotating specials and different things to try. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The boba is delicious. They have games for the kids to play while waiting. Nice atmosphere, clean space, and great staff.
