“Great location! 5/5! Came to get a Boba drink for the felix collab. Found out they don't have the buttons today. The staff said it'll be there on Wednesday probably. -0.5 points for gongcha canada itself for the button distribution not being managed better (since it's only available in 2 locations right now). The drink itself (brown sugar milk tea) was good!“

“This was the BEST bubble tea I've ever had! I had the fruit fusion tea with tapioca and it was delish! It had tiny pieces of FRESH apples and oranges in it. I would definitely recommend this drink and can't wait to try more! Great customer service at the American Dream location in NJ! Definitely 5 stars!“

“Have been a long time fan, from the delicious drinks and treats to the adorable decor and merchandise. Today was my first time back post Covid. Staff was friendly and cheerful but the wait time was actually really bad. Had I known it would take 25 minutes to receive one bubble tea, I would have gotten my drink before my lunch. Unfortunately couples coming in after me were receiving their drinks before I did. Love the new straws and can overlook that they do break easily, because they’re much better than paper!“

“I had such a great experience today! There was a huge line and only one person working, but Dandin handled everything so professionally and calmly. He was taking orders, preparing drinks, and managing payments all by himself without rushing or getting overwhelmed. Despite how busy it was, he stayed polite, patient, and respectful to every customer. The drinks were made perfectly, and the service never felt chaotic.
Really impressed by his work ethic and positive attitude — he truly deserves recognition for handling that kind of pressure so well. Amazing service! 👏✨“

“This one I always enjoy going into, such lovely staff! Many different options and the Alley does collaborations with anime’s sometimes and it’s really cool, the one right now is Demon Slayer! They have an app as well to be able to see promotions, etc“

“Fantastic flavours and variety with reasonable prices. For some reason they have the best popping boba and I can’t explain it, but it gets all of my 5 senses going into hyperdrive. Staff have been friendly. Only downside is the location with limited parking.“
