Product is good; for us, staff have always been friendly. However, this location is often understaffed. You really should have at least two people working at any given time, for safety/security reasons as well as customer service.

Chewy pearls, great atmosphere! I find the drinks really tame in terms of the sugar (I got the standard sweetness) They have comfortable seating in the store, perfect for hanging out :D
