“Whenever I go to look up Greek food near me (I live a block away from this establishment) this place never comes up and I think that’s a crime to the people looking for Greek food in Hamilton.

As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with hospitality and a welcoming that doesn’t come with any expectations but to check out their menu and possibly buy something

“Tried Jimmy the Greek in Hamilton and overall it was a solid experience. The portion size is generous, making it a great value around the $20 mark. It’s a great choice when you want something filling but not greasy. The meal felt fresh and satisfying.

A couple of downsides: the potatoes were a bit too mushy and oily, and the olives still had pits — which I understand is more authentic, but it’s not ideal when you’re not expecting it and have to spit them out mid-bite.

Still, if you’re looking for a hearty, relatively clean meal at a fair price, this is a reliable option.“

“Very nice people, food came hot, chicken was a little chewy which I know it usually isn't and the extra tzatziki sauce I asked for that was prepared already ahead of time tasted a little off from what it usually tastes like... usually it looks more like a sauce but it was almost like the consistency of cottage cheese where you need to spread it on your food instead of pouring it but other than that I will always recommend Jimmy the Greek“

“My wife and I just ate at the Ancaster Monfort Grill House twice this weekend! They were superb! The Lamb Shishlick was incredible…the sides and pita was some of the best I’ve ever had! “Highly recommended. So many options for food nearby but this one tops them all. I’ve been a regular customer at the Harbourfront location and would order there whenever visiting Toronto. I was ecstatic to see the Hamilton location opened near my place and my gym.

My only wish is that they had later, consistent hours. Sometimes, I’m at the nearby gym late and find that it has closed by the time I finish my workouts.
