“The food is always fresh, and the charcoal taste of the red meat is my favourite part of their style of Shawarma. Good portions too if you order double meat.I think its one of the best spots in Hamilton if you're looking to get a healthy plate of shawarma.“

“I hosted a surprise party for my mom and needed catering done for approx 50 ppl. I spoke with Greek Palace and decided on ordering 5 grill platters (I maybe saying the menu item wrong). He did say that it will be alot of food and HE WAS NOT LYING. There was so much food for the event we were happy to tell guests to take food home. Everyone at the party loved it, potatoes, rice, chicken, pork and gyro meat was so delicious. I'd definitely recommend to my friends and family to get some food from Greek Palace for any future gatherings or dinners. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job for us. “Best chicken sandwich in The GTHA hands down. Very short menu , all around BBQ chicken and Falafel. Everything is great . Their in house yogurt mint sauce is a must on your sandwich. Only draw back they run out of chicken 2-3 hours before closing, so either go eat there early, or order by phone early.Vegetarian options: Falafel“

“We stopped for lunch on Sunday. Had such a great experience. The staff went above and beyond, and the owner ( i think he was ) came by and made sure we were good and topped up our coffee. “Visited here for some late night shawarma.It’s really a hole in the wall, with product everywhere, you can tell they don’t clean much.However the shawarma itself was very good!Got the large chicken shawarma wrap. They go generous with the sauce and really pack that wrap full!It’s not a super cheap place but for what you get I think it’s good bang for your buck. $12.50 for the large and it was huge (didn’t take a pic this time).The guy serving me was friendly.“

“First time ordering from here was on Superbowl Sunday, I honestly expected it to be chaotic. It was the exact opposite, our order was ready on time and it was perfection. Even though you could tell they were crazy busy, the workers were super friendly and still reviewed the order with us before we left.As for the quality of the food, it blew away our expectations. We had a small gathering for Superbowl, and everyone who had the pizza or wings was asking where we got it from. Carlo's Pizza & Grill will be our go to takeout place from now on.Side note - we didn't get the poutine but saw someone else leaving with it and it looked absolutely incredible. “What a great meal from Golden Pita!!! We both enjoyed 2 main entrees of Chicken Shawarma and Shiska Kafka, delicious Lentil Soup, Salad with Pita’s and Baklava for dessert. “Place is great but extremely disappointed. I live 45 minutes away and called in advance, arrived at 630 today ( Posted closed @ 8:30) to see they were behind the counter but closed?? 3rd time this has happened!!! Make sure you call, ask if they're staying open for the next hour!!“
“I've been coming here for years. It's always been my go to spot in Hamilton, from when I was a young adult coming from the bars, to when I was on my way home after a long day at work. I have to say though...coming back after a long time, their quality has gone above and beyond what it already was. Delicious new additions to their menu such as the lentil soup and fresh bread are a staple. Highly recommended!“

The place is quite decent.. however they have limited amount of hookah flavours.. their flavours are mild.. food was above average.. the portion size for nachos is huge good enough for 4-6 to share.. other than that we just had chicken poutine and classic poutine with veggies..def visiting again for the ambiance..“

My family and I tried a variety of different plates last night (beef, chicken, kofta & souvlaki) and every single plate was stellar. Not to mention the sides are also delicious, which often lacks at other places. It’s usually difficult for me to like a side salad but this one is absolutely delicious!!! Same goes with the rice!
