ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: meat should not be cooked twice on a flat cook top/ squirted it with liquid. This is the lazy way of serving shawarma possibly to save time as it is being precut. This is not how shawarma is served if you go to a real shawarma restaurant because it ruins the taste and you get dry burned meat. Great place, great food. We always go to Madina's when we go to the mall. Just make sure you double check your order because they charged for a bottle drink and tried to give us a fountain drink ... Whether it was intentional or not, try and get a receipt when you order.
