My food was fresh and tasted really good and didn’t give me that “yucky” feeling I’ve had before at other places like that. The hot sauce was the best part. The owner happened to be in and was a super nice guy. He toldMe the hot sauce is a concoction of things he personally came up with. I’m a hot sauce guy and we talked about the process and how much effort it takes. “Vegetarian options: I enjoyed the Butternut squash and apple Risotto. It was fabulous! The first half had the butternut squash and it tasted like meat. The second half was like apple pie so, it’s like dinner and dessert in one dish. We celebrated a 50th birthday and the desserts are all fabulous…we tried one of everything with several forks. Pictured is the brownie cheesecake sitting in caramel sauce. Sinfully good. My mouth is watering just talking about it.“

“I've had shawarma from many places, and this is by far the best shawarma I've ever had. I always get chicken and rice platter. Their's come with a delicious salad, potato cubes with mouth waters garlic sauce on it, and pickles. The chicken is tender and tasty. Yhe rice pilaf is yummy and fluffy. I grew up coming here but unfortunately I no longer live in burlington so I can only visit on special occasions and when visiting family. I look forward to dinner all day when I know I will be stopping in.
