“Second time at Montrose Breakfast. Good spot. However, I ordered the avocado toast. Good taste but not enough really. One slice of toast with some home fries. I know food overall now is expensive but felt it should be two pieces of toast for the price of $19.. Otherwise I like that spot.“

“Attended a wedding @ Ciao Bella Hamilton on 06/26/2026. The wedding guests stayed at The Laundry Rooms next door. On Saturday morning we literally walked around the corner to a GEM of a diner for breakfast!
We were 8 people with 2 small children, they could not have been more friendly and accommodating if they tried. I can’t say enough about the incredible service from Brenda (with the smile), the fantastic food, bottomless cups of good coffee and friendly vibe! Everything was GREAT! I would highly recommend visiting this eatery when in the area. And shout out to Lorena, she’s a gem too!

“This is a very popular diner and I can understand why. The portions are generous, staff very friendly and the food is good. The seniors plates include a soup or salad, entree w/2 sides and small pop or coffee/tea. Excellent deal! The hot roast beef sandwich with mashed was good, and the salad was great. The chicken souvlaki on a pita was flavourful, but the Greek salad stole the show- delicious. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Michelle for attentive service, and a special shout out to Fran.“

“Was very impressed when my wife and I came here a month ago. Less so today when I ordered ahead for pickup. We got the tiniest pile of fries I've ever seen. The portions in house were great, this time it was kind of insulting. Hoping this was just a fluke...“

“Great food, great service and reasonable pricing. They have a special menu for seniors with reduced pricing, but the same great food and service. Everything tastes like home cooking; hot and tasty. Breakfasts are served all day and are especially delicious. Try their fish and chips (on special 2 days a week) and I found it better than Hutch's on the beach. I would highly recommend Wimpy's!“

“My partner and I come here every Saturday, and one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is Kelly and Suzie! Not only is the food always amazing, but they make every visit such a great experience. They always remember us, know exactly what we like to order, and make us feel so welcome every single time.

We came a couple of weeks ago when they weren’t there, and honestly, it just wasn’t the same. Their friendly personalities, attention to detail, and genuine kindness make such a difference.
