Waited forever for the order to be taken , didn’t understand allergy questions - portions were so small and the prices steep- ( even with the BOGO event ) . Very over priced - will not return .

Terrible service. Our waiter couldn’t care less about his job. Ordered 2 croffles and 2 milkshakes. Waited 15 minutes for for croffles then another 15 minutes for milkshakes and that was because we had to ask how much longer. They were obviously sitting out for 15 minutes because they were room temperature and separating. Never again!
At the st. Catharine’s location at the Pen Center. I’m here with my daughter. Had the wings and fries and the dessert Divide and conquer Belgian Waffle! The service is amazing but it’s a large place so we did approach the counter right away. It’s beautiful and clean. So many delicious things on the menu to choose! I highly recommend it!
