When I found out about Indonesianโs Flavour I was a bit hesitant but I tried their food and was surprised and happy that I did not have to travel far such as to Mississauga or Toronto to eat satay , nasi goreng or rendang , etc . It is all in the Hammer /Farmerโs market . Hamilton is lucky to have Indonesian cuisine , which can come to you mild or really spicy . โฆYou just have to ask . **INDONESIAN'S FLAVOUR ๐ฎ๐ฉ**
This restaurant offers excellent Indonesian food with generous portions. The Laksa with noodles and seafood option (shrimp and fish balls) has a coconut-y flavour that is just right. The Mie Goreng with chicken is awesome, with shallots that really stand out, and the sambal sauce adds a great taste. The bakmi babi cincang, bakmi babi kecap, and laksa seafood have very springy noodle texture and are perfectly seasoned. The Babi Cacah is delicious with extremely well balanced flavours and cooked perfectly. The bami goreng has the right amount of heat, and the seafood soup is loved by all. The Laksa Chicken soup is amazing, served hot and spicy. The Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng are tasty, flavourful dishes. The food is served in a very presentable way. Customers can also buy frozen meals, especially the sate with the peanut sauce. This place is a reason on its own to visit the market, and customers will be back for more.
