“The food here is always really good and affordable, especially for two people. My usual order is the volcano chicken cold ramen and the spicy fried rice cakes. Both are packed with flavor and never disappoint. The portion sizes are amazing so you definitely get good value. not to mention they have HALAL options as well which is definitely a plus.
The service is also great. The staff are friendly and quick to help with anything you need. The place has a relaxed type of vibe, which makes it perfect for a casual meal.

“My boyfriend and I absolutely love the taste of their yang yum red chicken! I've only been to a Korean BBQ so to find something like this small place in Waterloo is perfect. I original came for the kimbap but fell in love with the chicken and bulgolgi bao sandwich. Highly recommend the yang yum meal set because it comes with so much and the japchae noodles are delicious!“

“You can truly see how much care and effort goes into every detail. The packaging was incredibly thoughtful and well-prepared, and the sauce was just the right amount and absolutely delicious.

The egg underneath was perfectly sweet, and the bulgogi was so tender and flavorful. I also heard that they make their own sandwich bread, and honestly, it was even better than the bread from many specialty bakeries.

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can really feel the passion and care they put into their food.

“I've been here probably 3 or 4 times in the last year because it's become the dinner location for a lot of chats and events! The portion sizes are well thought out, especially considering that sides can be asked to be refilled multiple times, and its made up by the quality of the meat. Theres always a fun drink on the menu as well (pictured below) that I end up picking, and its really easy to chat with the people at the table because all of the tables are booths!“

“Ordered the rice cakes with ramen and seasoned fried chicken. We asked for less spicy and the rice cakes came watery… still tasted good but diluted. Fried chicken was BOMB, gochujangy sweet and saucy.

“Great food. Lots of varieties to choose from. Seems very popular with the university students. Well run restaurant - appears to be family run. Very friendly and polite. Enjoyed the smoothie and drinks as well. If you are looking for good wholesome Korean food, I would strongly recommend this restaurant. Loved the Bulgogi Bibimbap, BulGoGi Ddukbaeki and Jjang Myun noodles. Will be returning here to try out other items on the menu.“
