Having been to Japan, I can confidently say this is the closest I’ve come to authentic Japanese sushi outside of Japan. Everything is incredibly fresh, and the value for what you get is unbeatable. The sushi is reasonably priced, making it the best bang for your buck. The owner, who personally makes all the sushi, clearly puts his heart and soul into every dish. The staff is equally impressive—so kind and welcoming, which adds to the overall fantastic experience.“
