favourite place for kbbq in waterloo! the food is amazing and the service is so fast and friendly, especially Ryu!
Prices are reasonable and the sides are pretty good. The marinated meats are the best.
I've been here probably 3 or 4 times in the last year because it's become the dinner location for a lot of chats and events! The portion sizes are well thought out, especially considering that sides can be asked to be refilled multiple times, and its made up by the quality of the meat. Theres always a fun drink on the menu as well (pictured below) that I end up picking, and its really easy to chat with the people at the table because all of the tables are booths!

The server is totally helpful and very educative with the whole process with the grill. The side dishes were delicious and fresh and flavourful and refilled, while the soybean paste stew is a true taste of Korea. With a variety of options, including a vegan set, and great value for the price, Daldongnae Korean BBQ is a must-visit for those seeking a genuine Korean barbecue experience. The meat was fantastic quality.
