The Pub On King Reviews
We went for dinner for a friends birthday. I had the pub burger with fries and both were cooked and tasted excellent.
The prices were actually really good, and there was a great menu selection. I have to go back to try the Yorkshire pudding and stew.
It was very quiet for dinner time, maybe three tables total so service was fantastic. Definitely coming back!

The Pub On King is a well-loved spot to socialize and enjoy a casual meal. It can get busy, leading to occasional lines, but the atmosphere stays relaxed and true to pub-style. The menu provides good value, featuring $7.95 meals alongside a varied selection of food and drinks. Staff are generally friendly and attentive, ensuring quick service, although experiences may vary. A standout item on the menu is the spicy chicken sandwich, though it may not be as spicy as expected. Customers have also enjoyed the classic burger with Greek salad, noting the burger's surprising flavor. Located conveniently at the corner of Bridgeport and King St., the restaurant is appreciated for its inexpensive food and good beer, with the beef dip receiving high recommendations. While the dining area can feel tight, guests enjoy the good vibes and a wide range of drinks, although some have suggested that the Rickards Red could be served colder. The pub's interior is nice and very much in line with traditional pub aesthetics. Food is described as basic but good, and the prices are excellent for what is offered. The staff are skilled at handling the crowd, making it a must-visit destination.
