I mistakenly ordered Kami Sushi from Vancouver. Kami Sushi contacted me immediately and kindly reminded me about the location of Kami Sushi. They also refunded the prepayment. So appreciate their kindness and generosity! Will visit the store in person when I am in town.
Great spot. Clean, friendly and great service
Really delicious sushi place. I got a bento box for their lunch special. Everything was great and fresh.

Kami Sushi in Roncesvalles offers a diverse menu of traditional and contemporary Japanese dishes, including vegetarian options like Green Mountain, Veggie Futomaki, and Veggie Dragon. The restaurant is known for its cleanliness, with spotless dining areas and super clean bathrooms, which guests find impressive. It provides impeccable service and a cozy atmosphere, making it a top choice for sushi lovers. The food is phenomenal, with standout items like the mini chicken katsu, gyoza, and large specialty rolls that melt in your mouth. The butterfish is soft and delicate, while the salmon is noted as some of the freshest available. Although some find the prices slightly high, the fresh ingredients and expertly crafted dishes ensure an unforgettable dining experience every time. The fish quality, including hamachi, salmon, and butterfish nigiri, is comparable to what can be found in Hawaii. Additionally, the lunch specials offer great value, with options like the lunch special 13 that impress with quality, freshness, and presentation. The nice patio in the back is a must-visit during the summer. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, featuring high chairs and space for strollers, making it a great option for families. While the service is generally good, some guests feel it could be more welcoming.
