Island Oysters Restaurant & Bar is a fantastic place that specializes in a variety of fresh oysters. The owner, Jason, provides great service and a welcoming atmosphere. The Effingham beach oysters are a must-try, with a fresh cucumber aftertaste. The Fliptide oysters are also large and satisfying. The hot food, such as prawn rolls and Humboldt squid, is not to be missed. The prawn rolls are mouthwatering and comparable to the best lobster rolls on the east coast. The Asian-inspired Humboldt squid dish is delicious and innovative. The seafood tastes incredibly fresh, and the overall dining experience is top-notch. Highly recommended for a perfect meal out.
