“We decided to go to Sheraton for Mother's Day brunch as we haven't been back for some time. I was disappointed in the organization of the reservations as the front desk had no clue what the arrangements were, we as guests were wandering around not sure where to line up or wait, and the staff from the restaurant weren't even sure themselves. As the time approached, someone then instructed all guest to line up in a specific place. Which would have been nice in the beginning as now people who were early, now needed up behind those who just showed up. The room was set nicely, the food stations arranged strategically. The wait staff, could have been more professional. I understand it is a busy day, however if you need more staff to assist with the busy times, then maybe you need more staff. Some wait staff were, rude, clueless or just seemed lost. There was one gentleman who I think made the drinks, he seemed to be the exception but also maybe he's been there for years. Overall, I wouldn't say I was disappointed but especially for Mother's Day Brunch, I would expect the minimum as mentioned.“

“Last night we enjoyed an amazing meal at Ming Cuisine . We were a party of 8 and we dined in the Private dining room. The food was brought to our table by very polite servers and every dish came with immaculate presentation. We enjoyed the eel, ( 2 different ways) , lobster beautifully presented on a bed of noodles, ribs, rice, beef noodles, green vegetables with garlic and two fish dishes. We also enjoyed almond milk soup and a sesame ball for dessert. As a Caucasian it was alot of fun to get a taste of Hong Kong cooking and the owner, David was great as he described everything to us! It was a wonderful evening with great friends ! Thank you to David and his staff! We will be back!!“

“Nine of my friends and I recently visited Mr. Congee. Overall, we had a good experience, and all of my friends were happy with their meals. I am vegan, and the options for me were quite limited, but I managed. One of my friends is gluten intolerant, and unfortunately she could only have a small portion of steamed vegetables. It would be wonderful if you could consider adding more clearly labeled vegan and gluten-free dishes to the menu. The staff who served us — Yao, Michelle, and Jason — were very kind, polite, and attentive. We truly appreciated their service. The only thing that bothered me was seeing live crabs in the tank near the entrance. For animal advocates, this can be quite disturbing.“

Manager Sammi and the customer service team were extremely helpful, supportive, and accommodating. They did a great job preparing the tables and ceremony area, making sure everything was well organized and ready for our event.
They also provided us with a great price and a generous amount of delicious food. Thanks to their excellent service and support, we had a very successful award ceremony and a wonderful time with our guests.
