My friend and I were so excited to indulge in freshii after a long day of work.To our dismay, it was absolutely horrible. For the price of the salads and bowls I expect that the ingredients are ALL in the bowl. Speaking on behalf of myself, the bowl I ordered was supposed to be on a bed of romaine lettuce and mixed greens with some quinoa. I’m confused to why the bowl was all quinoa with one piece of romaine and 5 pieces of mixed greens. This meal was a waste of calories. HORRIBLE...read full review
Tex mex bowl with rice noodles was like soup. I think the employee didn’t strain out the noodles properly. And because of this the noodles didn’t have much taste because they were watered down and could taste the sauce or hot sauce. I get this exact same bowl all the time so I know this must have been a 1 off because I think the owner or manager(wasn’t sure his role) was there at the time of my visit so it perhaps made them nervous when working. This location surpasses all other Freshii locations; it's the only one I genuinely enjoy eating at. The customer service is exceptional, and the bowls are generously filled, satisfying even the heartiest appetites. The owner and staff always ensure you leave with a smile. It's so impressive that it almost doesn't feel like a Freshii; it outshines all the others. Definitely deserves 10 stars.
