“First time going to this location with my husband and son and the food was very delicious. I'm from Trinidad so I know good Trinidad food. It has this authentic " Bach home" taste. The atmosphere was nice and very clean. We had doubles, curry chicken roti , goat roti and my son had the potato roti. Pepper was perfect and very tasty. My husband and I visited their other location once and even there the food was very good. Please try it you won't be disappointed ???“

“Got a porridge I didn’t know I needed! Cornmeal porridge that’s so good! I really went for some Ackee and saltfish and fried dumplings, but they gave a small cornmeal porridge which I decided to try first and it so good I’m writing this in between spoonfuls. The food there is good and reasonably priced, service is great!“

“Went to have lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Food was flavourful and the portions were extremely generous. The customer service was great - they even let me sample one of the meats before deciding on my order.
I ordered the curry chicken bowl — the chicken was perfectly seasoned. The coleslaw was a nice refreshing touch to the bowl. The corn and pineapple salsa was also a nice sweet touch.

This is my first time coming to the restaurant, even after the fact that I've passed by many times and have contemplated. Well, Today was the day. I went in and ordered a large jerk chicken with festivals. Now I prefer my festivals long and crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. These ones are more like knots but they were still very good. The jerk chicken is what attracted me to the place. The guy cooking the chicken on the barbecue caught my interest immediately. The jerk is really good. It's not extremely spicy, could even be a little bit more but it's still very very good, especially when good jerk is hard to find. I would definitely come back and definitely recommend this place. On top of that the owner is so hospitable and welcoming. It's a place that has alcohol so if you drink and you want to have a bar type atmosphere they have that as well. You can go and play dominoes at the back with the men and it's not overcrowded. Very spacious. I can't wait to go back for some fried Chicken and try some of the other stuff on the menu.

“A hidden gem in Mississauga I came across by accident. The restaurant had an offer on Skip the Dishes for free delivery over $30, a late night special. I checked out the reviews and decided to give them a try. Being a Guyanese girl myself, our standards for authentic Guyanese Chinese food is very high. And we tend to already have our usual go to spots for these dishes. But boy was I surprised and in luck! Just opening the fried rice box and the smell alone, I knew that I was in for a huge treat! The special fried rice is served with crispy fried chicken on top. It was exceptional and the chicken was juicy and tender inside and very crispy on the outside. I also ordered the pepper wings. They were very well seasoned, spicy and extra crispy. I was shocked that both dishes were still piping hot and super crispy despite my home being almost 15 minutes away from the restaurant. I also ordered a few shrimp rolls, that were also very crispy and delicious! If you’re looking for the real deal authentic Guyanese Chinese food in Mississauga, definitely check them out! “My girlfriend and I stopped by to check this place out. It was good. The service was excellent, the waiter was polite. They didn’t have a menu, but the waiter explained options well. The crowd was live and people were having a good time watching the game on TV. Our seafood was excellent. The jerk chicken passes, but don’t expect it to be memorable. Overall it’s a good place to check out and especially to watch games and have events.“

“I've been getting takeout from Mainsha Restaurant on Weston Rd for over a year. This place serves up some delicious Caribbean food with courteous service and congenial staff. The oxtail was the highlight – slightly sweet but bursting with rich flavour and tenderness. The jerk chicken was good, and the spicy beef patties had a perfectly flaky and crisp shell, filled generously. The casual cafeteria vibe of the restaurant wasn't the most inviting, but the food more than made up for it. Overall, a solid spot for great Caribbean dishes.“

“This is the fifth visit, but the best food visit, over two years. Lucky for me the cook/chef was in, and I asked questions. He did a good job with fresh ingredients to the sauces, and it was second time I had gizzards in 10 years, the last time was in Erie County. You could tell the sauce blend prior to serving, much better experience than before, which was average. Congrats and thank you!! we had shrimp wontons, roast pork, char sui pork (which was a version) and pepper gizzards. She always serve with a smile and makes the food very presentable.  I had a small event and needed some food and although they were not yet opened she made an effort to get it ready. “Only good part of staying at the est hotel is being walking distance to this place. I'm from Saskatchewan and after two days in down town Toronto being surrounded by swifties including my wife who went to the show tonight. Being able to walk to a small local place for a beer was a breath of fresh air. Didn't have any food, but the atmosphere is awesome similar to a small town bar and people seemed to be enjoying their meals and all smiling.“
