“I have another Thai Express closer to my house, but I come to this one because the service, food and restaurant are amazing. the staff is so kind and they make the food delicious with amazing portion sizes. The restaurant is also very clean and I've seen staff clean thoroughly often.“

“We walked in for dinner on Saturday evening around 7 pm, during the busiest time of day. After waiting 15-20 minutes, we got a table. Despite the restaurant being very crowded, the service was very fast. The atmosphere is lovely; the aromas of the food inside are very inviting 😊. Almost everything we ate was delicious, but the meat dishes and lamb skewers were especially fantastic. The grilled and pan-fried calamari were excellent. The desserts were also good. The waiters were friendly, and the hygiene was very good. The prices are also quite competitive. I think I will come back here again soon. I can say this is the best Japanese & Thai all-you-can-eat restaurant in this area. In short, I highly recommend this place to everyone.“

“We ordered takeout during a very busy time, so the pickup took a bit longer than we expected — totally understandable given how packed it was. Once we got the food, it was worth the wait. Everything tasted fresh, flavourful, and had that nostalgic, comforting vibe that reminded us of classic Chinese meals growing up. Great portions, great taste. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Great food & service however the meal was ruined as bugs were running around our table which we noticed once we were done eating, we flagged it to the waiter but he did not seem to care and said he would tell the owner.

Edit: The manager, Luke reached out with a solution that worked for both of us. Really appreciate the work-around as a-lot of restaurants would usually just ignore this type of review. They also let me know this is a one off occurrence and practices are in place to avoid this situation again.“

“Came here on a whim and it blew me out of the water. The appetizers and per-dish prices are comparable to budget places, but the plate setting and taste are amazing.
I got crab rangoons and the khao soi. The rangoons had nore filling than I'd seen before and lovely crispness and flavour. The khao soi was very tasty and had both soft noodles and crispy!

“Went there for Valentine’s Day this year was very cute. It was really quiet though. No one else was there. The furniture might need a little bit updating but other than that service was great and the food was tasty other than the lettuce they put for garnish, which is not really needed. It was good.“

“Came here after a datenight activity and this place is so spacious and clean! The owner spoke to us while we waited for our food and allowed us to make some slight adjustments to our dishes. She was very helpful and kind. The spring rolls here are huge and are served with their homemade plum sauce. Great food and service! The small mango pudding portion for dessert was perfect!“

“I have always loved this place. I am saddened by the fact that COVID made everyone transition to take-out, even now, when the restaurant is fully open. I recommend everyone to dine in! It's a great experience and the staff are all very lovely. I had a great time and even though the owners have changed, the food is STILL the same tasty dishes.

“Best Hakka I've had in a long time! my family used to come here twice a week, and sometimes dine-in. Now with Covid, when we don't cook, we get take-out once a week till things get back to normal. We usually get the Chili chicken and shrimp (both dry) and the crispy ginger beef as our staple, surrounded by different dishes each time. everything is always delicious, and the staff/Ownership are so friendly! Royal Jade is truly a gem for us in this neighborhood. keep up the good work guys, stay strong, good times ahead!“
