“I went here with one of my colleagues between lunch and dinner, so the restaurant was not busy. The food is great for the price: Fresh mango salad, fresh rolls, and curry are all authentic...and the food came FAST! The music was a whole chill 2000s throwback vibe and the food wasn't expensive and the cost was on par with the quality and service. Some points to note:

- If you are a wheelchair user, you may want to order delivery as the restaurant's front door is not wheelchair accessible as there is a small step up at the threshold. This can be fixed by installing a threshold ramp.

- They have many great vegetarian and dairy-free options, with tofu-based dishes available.

- They can accommodate dairy allergies.

Overall, it's a fun little chill spot to hang out with your friends, and the staff is good with splitting bills. :)“

“Best Hakka I've had in a long time! my family used to come here twice a week, and sometimes dine-in. Now with Covid, when we don't cook, we get take-out once a week till things get back to normal. We usually get the Chili chicken and shrimp (both dry) and the crispy ginger beef as our staple, surrounded by different dishes each time. everything is always delicious, and the staff/Ownership are so friendly! Royal Jade is truly a gem for us in this neighborhood. keep up the good work guys, stay strong, good times ahead!“

“First time here, and I really like it. Got the eag noodles with chili chicken, shrimps, and assorted veggies. Chicken was nice and spicy, but not too hot, shrimps was good, a bit too ginger but good, and veggies were mostly broccoli which I love. Noodles tasted good, portion is very good. Liked the experience, would go again.“

“On September 21, 2025 my husband and i hosted a party for our 85-year-old friend. We were greeted with Happy Birthday Greetings. Our waters were never empty. Our food came on time, was delicious and hot. and all 8 of us enjoyed every chopstick full of such tasty food. Thank you to the staff that took care of every want, even a dish of ice cream dolled up for the birthday girl. Very nice treat. Thank you. Every time the service has been exceptional and caring a bit more today made it memorable for everyone Thank you.“

“Great food & service however the meal was ruined as bugs were running around our table which we noticed once we were done eating, we flagged it to the waiter but he did not seem to care and said he would tell the owner.

Edit: The manager, Luke reached out with a solution that worked for both of us. Really appreciate the work-around as a-lot of restaurants would usually just ignore this type of review. They also let me know this is a one off occurrence and practices are in place to avoid this situation again.“
