Dear BIG BONE Team,

I wanted to share a quick note about my recent visit. I ordered a variety of barbecue meats, including chicken wings and a pulled pork sandwich. They also have ribs rack of ribs and etc… The taste was amazing—the wings were great, and the French fries were very crispy not at all oily very nice texture .

Massimo,at the order desk, was very nice and explained everything clearly, especially since it was my first time. I would rate the overall experience 8/10. The space is a bit small, but it was very clean, and I opted for a to-go order. The atmosphere is nice, with two big TVs adding to the vibe.

Thank you for the delicious barbecue. I’ll definitely be back to try more items from your menu.

“The Bull BBQ Pit on St. Clair is one of the best BBQ places I’ve visited in Toronto! The food is delicious — especially the brisket and pulled pork — and the portions are generous. The staff are friendly, respectful, and always make sure customers feel welcome. The restaurant has a nice, casual atmosphere that’s perfect for families or groups. Highly recommend!“

The brisket was juicy, hot and full of smoke flavour and the sides were also delicious! The restaurant has a couple booths as well as bar style and tables with chairs! “Not all portugese grills are the same _ Firstly when you walk into this establishment you notice how clean it is _ no matter what time you walk in _ its spotless unlike some other restaurants where the first thing that hits you is the uncleanness _ Lavrador's Bbq open kitchen is huge and the place has been there for a long time _ but the massive overhead exhaust systems grills and ovens are extremely clean and new looking _ always shiny _ hot table as well (which contains and displays some of the tastiest food ive had if not the tastiest) always fresh and kept at proper temperatures _ next thing you see is Linda the owner coming out from the back walking towards you with a smile if she is not already serving another customer _ always friendly _ never a long face _ even though she might be exhausted near the end of a long day from all the cooking cleaning and serving (not to mention the heat) she is very professional and does most of it herself _ not to take anything away from her helper _ also the variety of food should be noted _ she has the main dishes every day Like the chicken _ potatoes _ rice _ fish which is all extremely tasty but she also throws in some other dishes that you will find on certain days like chineese style stir fry rice and lasagna _ stew with potatoes peas and pork_ fava beans,roast beef roast pork cod fish stew,cod fish and potato pie if that's your thing _ and where else can you get a huge turkey drum stick and feel like a king _ also her home made corn bread is amazing_ and for what you get in regards to quality of service_ quality of atmosphere and quality of most importantly the food the prices are unbeleivable _ I havent tried all of the dishes yet but I plan to _ im on my way there now

“Recommended to me by a friend and it was absolutely an amazing dinner for me and my family. The pork was incredibly juicy and the skin was the perfect crisp and just melted in my mouth. The fried rice was also amazing as it was pretty light and went extremely well with the char siu and the bbq pork. As a regular, lately I’ve been noticing them giving less quantity to unlucky customers. Other than that the food was just god, my son even said it was “god dinner”😂. The atmosphere on the hand was ok, as the place is a bit small, and the walls could use some work as when I went I saw a hole in it. Also one thing I recommend on their menu is the tofu because it’s not like regular tofu it’s flavourful and just unique to yummy wok. If you come here ask politely and they will give you better quality. Best Chinese cuisine I’ve tasted in a while!“

“Happened upon this place one day and ordered both the breakfast sandwich an burrito.

Both were excellent, and I think the sandwich edged it out just based on personal preference. But it was close!

I went at 10 pm and didn’t leave until 1 am. The dj and vibes were 100/10. The music was from reggae, afrobeats to dancehall. It was a good variety of everything. Any and everything no one couldn’t dance too. As a Indo West Indian, very much enjoyed my time. I had read the reviews prior to attending and I had read there was an entrance fee as a “regular club”; I very much appreciate to know this that I was safe; with security at the entrance. I am very much surprised there is not much marketing being done as I found this place by word of mouth.The prices as very much lower than the major restaurants/ bars when it came to alcohol. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly. Overall great experience would recommend this place on a Saturday night and look forward to visiting in the future. Highly recommended to any and everyone who is trying to stay local and cost efficient.“
