But I was so pleasantly surprised with this restaurant! Service was excellent and super attentive. The food was authentic and well-flavoured. I love that they have items you wouldn’t usually find at other AYCES either - like raw marinated crab and soondae. Drinks, appetizers, banchan, and desserts are all self-serve. They also decreased their price to $39.99 on weekdays (not sure about weekends). They accept credit card, and there isn’t an automatic service charge either. This place truly deserves more love. “We came because you have good reviews. We found out that Gyu Hito is an amazing go-to-place for delicious Japanese AYCE BBQ! The restaurant has a modern feel to it and the staff is incredibly attentive to our food needs. Such good service! The food itself is so tasty (so many different types of seasoned meats) and there are many yummy sides you can order as well! The most thing I like is the fruit tea, best combination with BBQ. Dessert is also something to look forward to because you can choose your favourite Melona popsicle and have it with a sweet creme brule dessert!“

When we ordered, the waitress who helped us explained everything on the menu. We ordered a dish meant for two people—and to our surprise, it was easily enough food for four! The food was 🔥! Their Bbq Brisket dirty fries are absolutely delicious, and both the chicken and beef brisket sandos were so good. The brisket was mouthwatering, tender, flavourful, and cooked to perfection.
