Chat Bar (九号小院) offers excellent food with the perfect amount of seasoning on their skewers. The steamed scallop and mini pumpkin pie with red bean inside were particularly delicious. The staff, including Angela and Ada, provided exceptional service, being friendly, helpful, and professional. While the location is cramped and not very kid-friendly, opting for takeout is recommended for a flavorful and appetizing experience at Chat Bar.
