The food is really good and the customer service is amazing ! We usually go every 3 weeks .
We had an amazing time at Chakos, and Julie made our visit absolutely perfect! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and took great care of us from start to finish.
The food was excellent, but the outstanding hospitality from Julie really stood out. We will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend

Overall, the food and experience were good, and I would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately, a lot of the meat had too much fat, which I kept spitting out on a napkin. And we were repeatedly asked if our table could be cleared not once not twice, but four times while eating.
We didn’t realize there was a 1.5-hour seating limit, and it made us feel rushed to leave. Without that, it would have been a 5-star experience.
