Front cashier did not make us feel welcomed. Came in for my usual bubble tea order with my friend today but the girl who took our order, had a switch up of attitude at us for no reason at all from other customers. Bubble tea was great 10/10, but there was a noticeable lack of training on customer service.

Drinks are always great! I just wish I could say the same for the Customer Service at this location. They let u stand around waiting and not even acknowledge you or greet you and inform you that you will be taken care of in a moment. Tim hortons does a better job compared to them. Either they're always having a bad day or they just don't like dealing with people.
