The two gentle men working (Thursday 5pm) were amazing!
They took the time to explain the menu and made good suggestions. They asked questions to make sure my drinks wouldn’t be too sweet or not sweet enough. The two drinks I wanted they were sold out so I was concerned but it ended up working out wonderfully!
I’m so glad I came to this location on a whim
Drink verdict: perfection! We got two of the summer drinks and both were so good.

Chatime Bubble Tea is a favorite location for many, with friendly workers who greet customers immediately and thank them for coming. The teas are described as tasty, refreshing, and amazing, with specific praise for the strawberry milk tea made stronger with extra strawberry flavouring without extra charge. The environment is loved, and service is very quick, with great experiences placing orders. However, the place is small with not many available seats and only two self-service kiosks. It often seems understaffed, especially during busy nights, with workers appearing too busy to clean tables. The drink quality is considered average by some. Despite some staffing issues, the workers are noted for being nice and accommodating, putting effort into the drinks and providing wonderful customer service that makes customers want to return.
