This location is under a new management now. The owner we met was a very warm and welcoming lady. She greeted me and explained the menu to me patiently when she saw that I had a hard time making a decision.We had a Royal No.9 milk tea which has a very unique aromatic tea flavour, and a Crunchy Tiramisu Milk Tea. I love the Tiramisu MT, it’s like a dessert after the meal.. sooo yummy!
The Alley have the Best Milk Tea. There have a lot of options to choose from. I tried the Royal #9 / Peach Oolong /Passion Fruit Green Tea . They were so so good. All the drinks were perfectly blended. The sugar level was on the lighter side. Which was more suitable for everyone. The Flavours in all the milk tea and the fruit tea was perfectly balanced. I could orders these drink every day. They are that good. So all in all very happy . Happy Drinking!

Ordered my usual winter drink the hot Deerioca Fever fresh milk, with brown sugar Boba and syrup that hits the spot this cold -5 to -10C day. My wife tried their limited edition Deerioca Ube series, Puff which is excellent, too. Though cold only. The Alley is normally one of the best decorated bubble tea places all over TO coz of their putting an artificial tree, and other cool interior decor in every branch.Parking: Easy to find on a sunday afternoon
