Kim was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, fun, and charismatic, and made the whole Nespresso experience really enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. She also did a great job recommending and upselling products without ever making it feel pushy. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and knows how to connect with customers. Definitely ask for Kim if you’re visiting Nespresso!
