I have been to this Nespresso location twice now and both times I’ve come across very condescending sales representatives. The first associate was irritated that I wanted to try a Vertuo coffee and made me feel like I was pulling a fast one requesting a freebie. He rolled his eyes, made 0 eye contact when I had questions, did not ask me how I take my coffee and abruptly gave me the coffee and left. It was extremely unprofessional! I just went in today to grab more pods. This experience albeit better still gave off bad vibes. I was checking pods on the other side of the store and asked about promotions, the sales associate with attitude asked me to come to her side to pull up my file. I’ve been to a few Nespresso stores now and every time was wonderful. Oftentimes I would be in the store for 20-30 minutes looking at accessories and asking questions about pods. I’ve always been greeted wonderfully and everyone was always helpful. The customer service at the Markville Mall location is overall poor and it creates an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Went to this Nespresso store for the first time to get some pods for my wife but had the worst experience!The sales lady was impatient and snobbish. When I inquired the price she told me to just look it up online and brushed me off giving me an annoyed look.She was disrespectful and treated me as if I can't afford to drink the coffee. Even if I can't afford it you shouldn't treat me with such attitude, will never go back to this store again. She made us feel like we don't belong there and she totally succeeded!If not for my wife I wouldn't even buy your coffee anymore, Id be happy to give my money to generic Keurig brands instead or my local Panera!

But to be left waiting at the register while the staff attends to customers who arrive after you is not what I expect. My order was also incomplete, they did not include the recycling bags listed in my order.First time coming to this location. I only came here as the one closest to me permanently closed. We were very pleased with the service we received from Younis (Not sure if spelled correctly). He was very knowledgeable, offered us a sample of the new Maple Pecan flavour and overall he was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. HI, unfortunately the Nespresso store closed down at Scarborough Town Centre, so we had to venture up to Markville mall. We were first greeted well by a gentleman (and sorry, we didn't know his name) who referred us over to Lawrence who assisted us with our coffee purchase. Lawrence was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was attentive to our needs and knew which questions to ask. It was also nice to be able to sample one of the newer coffees.I would definitely recommend this location. Great customer-service here!

I was happy to receive a sample of a specific coffee that I was unsure about, which was nice because it allows me to make a better decision before committing to drinking a whole sleeve of coffee. If you drink coffee, get a Nespresso machine as you will love it and I recommend you come to this store to get your coffee as well as suggested recommendations from the kind staff.A small side note to add to the Nespresso experience is that their mobile app usually also offers some great Nespresso gifts when a certain amount is spent on Nespresso coffee capsules.

So I went to try some coffee and the barista was super helpful and took time to explain the difference between a few types.
