“Greek Market Cafe is an absolute gem that brings the heart of Greece right to Richmond Hill. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warm, welcoming energy of a family-run spot that truly cares about what they serve. I tried the pork gyro pita and it was fantastic, generously packed with flavourful meat, fresh toppings, and creamy tzatziki, all wrapped in a soft, warm pita. The fries on the side were perfectly crispy, and the portion was more than satisfying.

The real standout, though, was the loukoumades, fresh, in-house, and absolutely outstanding. Golden and crispy on the outside, light and airy inside, and drizzled with honey, they're easily some of the best I've had outside of Greece itself. The coffee is also excellent, and the gelato selection is a lovely bonus.

What really makes this place special is the service.

“Came here for dinner with my family and had a great experience. There was only one server working, but she was incredibly friendly, patient, and did an excellent job taking care of everyone despite being busy.
We ordered the Chicken Souvlaki Dinner to share between two people since most of us weren't very hungry, especially after ordering a few appetizers for the table. The portion size was more than enough for sharing and everything came out just as expected.
The food was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what you'd hope for from Mr. Greek. Overall, it was an enjoyable dine-in experience with good food and excellent service. We'd definitely come back again.“

“Best Greek Food in the area hands down. They used to be at Van Horne Plaza, but have since moved to Leslie near the Goose. Everything on the menu is a winner but highlights are the Moussaka and Veal stew. 3 star for atmosphere as it is more of a take out place with only 2 tables. Very very clean surroundings however. Majority of the food is home made by the family every day. Give it a try on your next craving.“
