“I order frequently from here. Decently healthy for takeout. Price is reasonable, but no credit card. Portions are generous. The gentlemen who run the place are fast and to the point. No small talk or niceties. I have sent friends here who complained about service, but I have never had an issue. I will continue to order from here.“
“The food here is soooo fresh and delicious I didn’t know I loved Greek food till I came here there is lots of delicious food on the menu and a little grocery area to bring to your kitchen… I have Been here a few times and is now my favourite spot to eat in the Market in upper Canada mall Newmarket I had the traditional chicken gyro wrap with hot sauce it was absolutely delicious and fresh that is now my go to favourite place to have lunch…. “Had a great meal from yummy souvlaki Newmaket. Very friendly. The chicken souvlaki was tender and flavourful, the salad and home made dressing was awesome along with the Greek sauce. Even loved the potato I wasn’t supposed to eat since on keto. I highly recommend and will be ordering again soon!“

“Great place to grab a gyro and hang out. Seating in Greek Market Cafe side. No table service, just a takeout counter to grab your food and go sit down elsewhere. Gyro was amazing, best I’ve had in a while. Greek poutine was okay, seemed to have a bit too much lemon in the sauce. Overall great experience, very reasonably priced as well.“
“I had the lamb chops served with a side of potatoes and vegetables and it was great. The lamb was prepared excellently and the sides were also very scrumptious. The portion size was also very generous. I would recommend also getting the Greek fries for a crispy side dish.“
“The food here is always served fresh and they are quite generous with their portion sizes as well. Makes you really feel like your getting your moneys worth. Their freshly cooked pita bread is also one of a kind, especially when dipped into their tzatziki sauce. This tends to be my favorite part of the OPA platter which I recommend you give a shot if you haven't tried yet.“

“We visited the Newmarket location for my Birthday. Truly a lovely atmosphere, fantastic friendly service from all the staff. The food was so delicious. The meat is so incredibly tender and tasty. Generous portions as well. Will definetly visit again. Thank you for a lovely evening and memorable celebration with family. “Got the Chicken Yeero Dinner (10oz) which was around $19.50 before tax. Pita that came with it was very soft, and salad was good .The chicken itself was nice and crispy and well flavoured! Portion was quite big for myself to eat in one meal.Partner got the calamari dinner and it was nice and freshly packed in a separate container with the lid open to keep it crispy. It was well fried. Would be good with more flavouring in the batter or calamari itself but not bad.Overall food was good but do think slightly overpriced.“
