The restaurant is family-friendly, with a cashier who gave a customer's 2-year-old son some honey balls while they waited. Customers have praised the spinach pie, cheese pie, and honey balls, as well as the friendly staff who are ready to assist those with special needs, such as opening the door for a customer in a large wheelchair. The cafe has a delightful and spacious atmosphere, even for those with large wheelchairs.
