Food is good and fresh, staff are respectful.
I had a great experience at A&W. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My order was prepared quickly, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. The burgers were flavorful, and the fries and root beer were excellent. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I'll definitely be coming back.
Made an order, the burger was left on the counter for about 20 minutes, I escalated the delay to staff, they then located the burger, which was on said counter, then made the sweet potato fries and presented the order. The sweet potato fries were very fresh, however the burger temp was lacking due to the initial 20-25 minute delay. This also delayed our group's departure from the restaurant.
