“I ordered the Ovaltine crispy chiffon cake and it was delicious. The cake itself was moist, flavourful, and not overly sweet, which everyone loved. The writing on the cake was also very neat and clean, which made the cake looked even more special. The online ordering was easy, and the pick up process was also super efficient. “Came across this cute dessert cafe, close to the bowling alley nearby. The owner was very hospitable. She has a very large variety of sweet goods (ie canolis, cupcakes, pastries, brownies, cookies, cakes, fresh dubai chocolate, homemade ice cream), not to mention a wide selection of lattes. We had the biscoff and sweet & salty brownie ice cream. Samples of macaroons and date squares were given. Delicious 😋. If you're in the area of highway 7 and Marycroft, this place will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. Vegan options also available.“

“Found out about this place while trying to get my nephew some pokemon gifts for my nephew. Its in a hidden plaza, at first I thought it was a little pricey, but considering the amount of effort required and niche product, its more than fairly priced.
The workers are all very friendly and kind. Lots of parking.
The place itself is very unique, collaborating with other small businesses and having them sold in store, it comes in handy. Mini crochet anime fogures, stickers, drinkwear, clothing, etc.
The ditto pana cotta thing was a genius creation.
Glad to have this addition to the city, its a gem of a place.
They also have cool events, tea set events like pokemon, demon Slayer, etc.“

“This is our go-to dessert place whenever we are close by. It never disappoints us, and everything is delicious. The lotus cookie and waffle are really good; definitely try them out. Service-wise, we just need to order the food, get a beeper, wait for it to get ready, and pick it up when ready. Fast and simple. The place isn't big, but there are seats available every time we go there, and the noise level isn't loud either. If you're close by and thinking of having some bingsu, definitely try the place out if you haven't.“

“Gianfranco is an awesome person and chef, took the time explaining the whole process to me over the phone and told me this was authentic Italian Tiramisu unlike the modified version who cheap out on ingredients. Tasted amazing, mine was fresh so cutting it was hard to get a perfect slice for pictures ? if you want a quality Tiramisu give Nonna's House Tiramisu a try. I went for the classic, can't go wrong with that choice!Update:After putting it in the freezer it's much easier to cut it the next day and it holds up very nicely.“

“Been here a couple times and so far what I have had I really enjoyed.

The prices were reasonable for the size and the tea had a nice flavour. I also liked the brown sugar jelly as it gave a nice addition to my drink.

The service was as usual for an asian spot. Nothing major to say about it and always got my drinks fairly quickly too. This is also a no frills kinda shop. There isn’t much aesthetic to the place.

Parking in the plaza can be quite busy as you get near the businesses but you can find parking easier as you get closer to the street.

“I came here a week ago for dessert at around 9PM—11PM with a bunch of friends. The portions were fulfilling and were enough to share between two people. Shaved ice was delicious, however, when I tried to play the board games they offered it was sticky and old. Other than the board games, my overtime here was great!“

“I didn't come this restaurant for 10 yrs. I just come to eat Chinese desserts tonight. Surprisingly the dessert are very good. The price is reasonable. I go there at 10:15pm Friday night but the restaurant is full of customers. The customers are keep coming in.
I eat walnut, papaya, black sesome and fry tofu. They are all taste very good. The total is a $29.

“I was craving a red velvet cookie and luckily Insomnia had some. The reviews here are very mixed but I would say the service was quick and friendly when we came. The cookies are actually delicious, I was even saying they were better than another cookie shop we usually go to. The red velvet was exactly how I expected it to taste and would come back to get some more. The “premium” cookies like skor and smores are a bit more in price but it makes sense when you see the size you get. Overall, I would order here again for cookies and next time I’ll give the ice cream sandwich a try.“

“I find this place very good. Especially for Hong Kongers, the quality is even better than Hong Kong. Surprisingly, they serve hot food here as well. In Hong Kong, they only serve dessert, which is at an 5/10 level. But here, the dessert is at an 8/10 standard.The space here is much cozier, as you only have an extremely small space to dine in in Hong Kong.
From a Hong Konger's perspective, it's 5 stars.“
