I am very disappointed. I made an order for Sufganiyot for December 24 in advance. On that day, I needed to pick up the order, I called to check what time I could pick it up. They said that the order is ready - I could come. My husband went to pick up the order, stood in line, ( that's the whole point why you make an order online, so you don't have to stand in line).
He brought the sufganiyot home, we started trying them, and they weren't fresh. The dough wasn't soft and fluffy...read full review
Eliran Kaznelson is responsible for all the problems at Lumiere Patisserie, he took over Lumiere and since then the bussiness had been declining, he practically stolen half of the company from the previous owners, he sends his father, who is ready a very old man, work without being paid, even work at dawn, he does not pay his employees on time, he also mistreats them, he does not buy the necessary ingredients for the products, there is no good work environment, he does absolutely...read full review
I bought these donuts and they found their way to the trash very quickly! It's just disgraceful to charge $5.50 for such a bad product! I really appreciate a quality product and am willing to pay what
