“I would like to recommend Victoria K Cakes to anyone looking for theme cakes for a celebration! My family has been ordering cakes from them for the last 5 years and they are always gorgeous. I have included a picture for my daughter’s 21st birthday party and it was a big hit! We chose strawberry shortcake filling and it was delicious. 😋“

“We almost left when we first arrived because it looked really busy, but thankfully a table opened up within just a few minutes.

It was our very first time trying bingsu, and we were a little worried that the shaved ice would be bland or just taste like snow. We were pleasantly surprised! The flavor, sweetness, and texture were perfectly balanced, and we enjoyed every bite until the very end.

If it’s your first time trying bingsu, I’d describe it as a super light, fluffy ice cream with a unique melt-in-your-mouth texture. If you enjoy cold desserts, there’s a good chance you’ll love it too.

We’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommended!“

“Wandered into Barbary Ape on Friday evening after a long week of flights and it was exactly the kind of spot that surprises you. The taxidermy and old world decor covering every wall gave it this eccentric, almost speakeasy vibe that made me put my phone away for a while. Staff at the bar knew the history of half the pieces on display and happily pointed out their favorites when asked. Small detail but the low lighting and worn leather seating around 7pm made it feel more like a private club than a tourist stop, easily worth the detour.“

“I’ve always wanted to try Guilty Pleasurez Dezzert Cafe, but with work, I always seemed to be nearby around the time they were closing. I finally managed to make it in one day, and it was definitely worth the wait!

There are so many options to choose from, and honestly, everything we tried tasted amazing. The ice cream in particular was really good. It was a soft serve style, but noticeably creamier and richer than your typical McDonald’s or Dairy Queen ice cream.

Overall, I was really impressed and can definitely see myself coming back to try some of the other desserts. If you’re in the area and have been thinking about stopping in, definitely give them a try. Well worth the visit!“

“At the st. Catharine’s location at the Pen Center. I’m here with my daughter. Had the wings and fries and the dessert Divide and conquer Belgian Waffle! The service is amazing but it’s a large place so we did approach the counter right away. It’s beautiful and clean. So many delicious things on the menu to choose! I highly recommend it!“

“A true hidden gem for Chinese desserts. Takeout spot but everything is fresh and made in house.

The ginger milk pudding and the steamed egg pudding were exceptional. The puddings itself were soft and silky. Very delicate.

The black sesame was a nice contrast to the puddings. Very strong sesame flavour and had such a nice shine to it. Not grainy and very velvety and smooth.

Service was great. I am sure you can probably speak English as the menu is bilingual with English and Chinese but speaking canto or mandarin may help better. I have no doubt they will try their best to converse though. Like that if you already know you’re asking for the steamed puddings, they state outright that it will take 15 mins as opposed to waiting and finding out.

Parking is in abundance as the centre is huge. Meal times, the resto side can be busy and during the day the supermarket side is quite full. But spots will be available if you’re willing to park a little further out.

“Incredibly kind and hospitable owner! It's a hidden gem inside a sports facility with drinks and desserts that are undeniably amazing!

If you want any pictures printed onto drinks then this is the place to go! The colour comes out so vibrantly! The Sakura flavoured bubble tea with rich and creamy foam on top was a stand out!

We absolutely loved the Lychee infused Swiss roll cake with fresh strawberries and edible flowers ❤. It's nothing like we had before! It's so fluffy and moist.

They also had whimsical 3D foam latte art and many flavours of cookies and mochi! If you want custom cakes, I highly recommend ordering with Sugar Rain Cafe.

First of all: Been here twice and don't know why some reviewers gave 1 star for rude behavior, the workers are so lovely, helpful and very accommodating. The owner made my oreo cheesecake bingsu and it was delicious

Second: Very cute and comfortable area with various types of seating.

Finally: I had oreo cheesecake bingsu and the toppings wrre delicious (cheesecake bites, crumbs and oreo pieces) alsp I added extra toppings: condensed milk (+$1) and extra layer of oreo crumbs (+$1). I asked if they can add the condensed milk into the frozen shavings amd it turned out to be amazing, even better than the oreo bingsu from snowday bingsu imo.

Highly recommend: Oreo Cheesecake and ask to add condensed milk with ice shavings.“

“Absolutely loved this place! The display case is filled with so many beautiful and delicious-looking desserts, from gorgeous strawberry cakes to delicate mille-crepe rolls. We tried a couple of items and they were perfect—not too sweet, incredibly light, and super fresh. They also have a great selection of flavored lattes (the Pistachio and Matcha options are amazing). The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the overall vibe is cozy and cute. Definitely my new go-to spot for desserts! Will be back soon!“

Kellen is the most amazing baker and she’s always so attentive of details and knowing what’s in trend and making everything personalized and taste amazing. She goes beyond and above by taking the time to make sure every detail in the order is taken down. When it is ready it is made to perfection from simply Amy colour or flavour you want. I’m always trying new flavours and so far is the strawberry champagne macrons that she has invented you can’t go wrong with an order of them. Raspberry crepe with white Belgian chocolate drizzled and vanilla ice cream on the side. I really, really loved it. I am recommending it both on Fadebook and already did on Google. “The Funnel Cake with Strawberry & Vanilla Ice Cream at Canada's Wonderland is an absolute treat! The funnel cake was freshly made—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The warm cake paired perfectly with the sweet, juicy strawberries and the creamy vanilla ice cream, creating the perfect balance of hot and cold. A light dusting of powdered sugar and the strawberry topping made every bite even more delicious.

The portion is generous, making it great to share, especially after spending the day walking around the park. Enjoying it outdoors with the beautiful scenery and fountains made the experience even better.

If you have a sweet tooth, this dessert is definitely worth trying when visiting Canada's Wonderland!“

“Love sugar marmalade it’s a nice place to get lunch with friends.

Their food is pretty good! I can’t speak for many things but so far i have tried their shaved ice in 2 flavours matcha and mango. Both were great but if you get the matcha one i would say to get a different flavour ice cream on top since the matcha one is a little grainy.

My favourite thing from them is the backed rices, especially the Japanese curry one it is absolutely delicious and can be eaten with 2 people as a light lunch.

I had their lemonade also maybe a year ago it was fine I don’t remember it being anything special though.

Service wise it’s pretty good. There’s a tall guy who is very nice and immediately brang us the bill to pay.

The inside is ok nothing special again but nice and cozy.

Right off the bat, the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting and it’s the perfect spot to hang out and satisfy your sweet tooth. The service was also top-notch as the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly.

The food is absolutely delicious, but their shaved ice bowls are the real star of the show! We ordered two different ones, and they completely blew us away. The first was a gorgeous strawberry shaved ice and it was incredibly light and refreshing! The second bowl was an absolute dream for bubble tea lovers. The textures and flavors were spot on.“
