I drive past 5 Starbucks on my way to work in the morning and the only one I consistently go to is the one on the corner of Bloomingdale and Army Trail Rd. The level of service at this one is off the charts!! The employees are always great and make every experience amazing! My drink is always perfect and they keep the drive thru running smoothly. Keep up the great work!! There is no better team of Barista’s than at this location!!!

This is the only location that makes my coffee perfect every single time. I love the staff, very friendly and welcoming! Hands down the best baristas in the business!

Every time I pull up to the drive-through, they remember my order which I think is great. They always make my black tea exactly the way I want it and the exact amount of ice. I come here every other day on my way home from work.

I tried to pay with a $50 bill and was told that they didn’t have enough change in the register so they could not accept my money. I don’t see why they couldn’t get more 20’s from their safe. I was very nice in giving my order. The Caucasian girl with tattoos at the window was very disrespectful, I will not be coming back.

Theres only one person to serve at the Store. There are over 10 cars in line for the drive through. I’ve been waiting 15min. For real you only have money to pay for 1 worker?

This location needs a complete restructuring starting from the top. I stayed away from here for 2 years because of the bad housekeeping & attitudes. After the experience I had today I will not be returning to another Starbucks. I was given the wrong drink & a piece of cake in a plastic wrapping that read discard. When I returned this order it wasn't taken seriously no apology nothing but attitude. The customer service # is a joke.

The woman handling the drive thru 9-9:30am on Dec 13, 2024 needs to fix her emeffing attitude for one. I got there and ordered egg bites. I asked for a trenta Carmel ribbon crunch - something literally every Starbucks has done and she rudely said "no I can give you a venti" with the sort of condescending dismissal a parent who is watching "their show" would give a child. I asked when they started doing that. Again she responded with a snobbish attitude "uhhh?? Since always??" Nice. Just tryna get me a coffee and get some egg bites for my pregnant wife. I drove off angrily (or the best that you can do here, which means i left with out ordering, but still was forced to go thru the long line. When i passed the window, every woman behind the glass looked at us like we were the problem or some sort of inconvenience) Normally, this kind of disrespectful arrogance would have trumped me, but - get this - there are four or five other Starbucks around this location within a few miles that have better staffing, better service, smiling faces, and aren't rude and dismissive. One of them is across the street inside the jewel osco, and it's literally 1/5th of the size of this location. Imagine that.
I go to this location and place my order in the drive thru. After placing, waiting and them fixing my drink order. They say By the way we are not taking cash. This was not said at time of order or posted. It seems they decided to close their register early and so they refused my drink so I am assuming they tossed it after fixing it because they failed to communicate. Wasteful and the manager stood at the opposite counter with back turned refusing to rectify issue.

I love coming here to study but the music is CONSISTENTLY too loud. Its like a club. You would think the staff would see people studying and get a hint. But they don't.
