We arrived soon after 4 pm. We were offered any area to choose our table. Water was brought immediately to the table and our server JoJo greeted us. We were given amazing descriptions and suggestions and positive comments for our selections. JoJo was charming and warm and engaging as a server We were made to feel like the Queens of the customers by JoJo. Our experience was so wonderful. All of the food items and beverages were delicious and perfectly prepared snd presented. I LOVE IT HERE!!

Got several different things off the menu to try. Overall all the food was good but some items were definitely better than others. A lot of what I tried lacked a depth of flavor that kept it from being anything more than average. The Bahn Mi with the spicy mayo was my favorite along with the cheesecake. I do however, appreciate the entirely vegan menu!

I always order from the Broadway location, but sometimes I accidentally select the Glen location too quickly when placing my order. Unfortunately, every time I’ve ordered from Alice & Friends at the Glen, there’s either a food quality issue or missing items. This last order was the final straw—two items were burnt.
If something comes out burnt, it would be much better to contact the customer and give them the option to choose something else rather than sending it out anyway. Customers just want to be treated with basic respect—no one wants to receive burnt food. I will not be ordering from this location again. Attached one photo threw the other item away, etc.

Food is so tasty and service is exceptional! Definitely recommend the crab rangoon (creamy & crunchy), the bao (fluffy cloudy bun and tasty filling), run away potato (the spice just keeps developing and blooming as you let it unfold on your tongue), and banh mi (crunchy yet soft bread, and perfect combination of TVP and fresh veggies - refreshing flavors and textures)! Great location too - I will be back!

The food was delicious and the portion sizes were good too. I really liked the variety and the fact that they have specials is really nice too. I only wish that we were able to try dessert, but it got busier and the servers didn't come by with enough time.

Came to Chicago to visit and was not disappointed with the vegan options at Alice and Friends! We got dessert delivered for a birthday. Will absolutely be getting this again when I come back!

This was our first time getting food from Alice & Friends. We ordered though DoorDash and the order was accurate and everything was delicious.
We purchased two orders of the mac and cheese, two orders of the agedashi tofu, the crab rangoon, AND the noble burger. This was enough food for two adults and a 11 year old girl with plenty of leftovers.
Everything is vegan and everything on the menu looks to be worth trying. We will be back.

Along with a few others, they’ve cracked the code. I’m guessing most of the patrons aren’t vegetarian or vegan. The food is just good. Menu should keep most people happy.
